Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil will NOT be involved in FA Cup final against Chelsea
Mesut Ozil will play no part in Arsenal's FA Cup final clash against London rivals Chelsea on Saturday, it has been reported.

The German playmaker, who is on a whopping £350,000-a-week salary at the Emirates, has not featured for the Gunners since the Premier League's restart amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Goal claims Ozil was granted permission to travel to Turkey after being told he would not be included in Mikel Arteta's squad for the Wembley showdown.

The 31-year-old has already been abroad for the last few days, with the Gunners approving his absence after they were notified that only 10 non-playing club members would be allowed to attend the final.

Earlier this week, Ozil's agent, Erkut Sogut, maintained that his client will not be leaving the Emirates this summer.

"I don't think Mesut will leave before the summer of 2021," Erkut Sogut told Fanatik.

"He's got an ongoing contract that hasn't changed. He will stay with Arsenal."

Sogut did, however, confirm that Ozil is '90 per cent' likely to depart when he becomes a free agent next summer.

He added: "When his deal is up, I estimate there is a 90 per cent chance he will leave Arsenal.

Meanwhile, Matteo Guendouzi will also play no part in Saturday's final.

The Gunners are looking to sell the France Under-21 midfielder following a falling out with boss Arteta.
