Casillas reveals results from training: There is no obstacle, let's continue with this fight
Four months after suffering a heart attack, Iker Casillas took to social media to share a picture with the results from his latest training session.
The Spaniard continues his recovery, with his target being to return to action, just a couple of months after becoming a part of Porto's coaching staff.
"Everything is going slowly, but it has to be that way," Casillas posted on Twitter.
"Calm down and move forward little by little.
"You have to overcome all the barriers.
"There is no obstacle and your mind must be clean.
"I don't want to be an example of anything.
"Let's continue with this fight!"
The results revealed that Casillas ran 9,528 meters in 42 minutes, with his heart rate being 130 beats per minute.
